Where is the event held?
The event is held in Messukeskus Helsinki, Expo and Convention Centre. Messuaukio 1, 00520 Helsinki.

Is the DAM Helsinki 2021 event going to be organized?
We are hopeful that the EU goals of the COVID-19 vaccination schedule are reached and we get to run the event on 10th of November in Helsinki as planned.
The plan from the Finnish government for lifting the restrictions imposed due to COVID-19 gives a good prospect for the event to be held normally in November. However, we are naturally closely following the situation, and are ready to make any adjustments if necessary.

What happens if the event is rescheduled or canceled?
If the event is rescheduled within 6 months of the original event dates, we will directly transfer your ticket to the new dates. This is also stated in our terms and conditions. In case the event is rescheduled for more than 6 months, your ticket is transferred to the new dates, but you can also get a full refund for your tickets if you wish. In case the event is canceled, you will get a full refund for your purchases.

What if I travel from outside Finland?
We are following the official guidelines from the local authorities. Based on our terms and conditions, we are not liable for any restrictions of travel set by the authorities.
If you are not able to travel due to COVID-19 restrictions, you will also be given the option to change your physical ticket to a virtual ticket. You are also allowed to sell your ticket to anyone willing/able to attend physically.

Do I need a COVID-19 vaccination certificate in order to attend the event?
The Finnish government and EU have decided to implement vaccination certificates and negative test results might be needed to attend indoor events for a period of time in the future. We are following the official guidelines closely and will inform our attendees of the latest decision of the authorities.

Can two people use one ticket?
Each ticket is valid for one day and can only be used by one person.

Can I reserve where I sit?
At our events, we have free choice seating that is filled on a first come first serve basis.

Tickets
We deliver all our tickets by email to the address associated with the purchase. This means, if you bought the ticket yourself, you should have received your ticket by email.
Please have your ticket ready to show our representatives at the check-in desks. We accept both PDF tickets on your phone (recommended) and printed tickets.

Cancellation
You can cancel your purchase within 30 days from the day the order is placed. If you wish to do this, please contact us at info@communicationpro.com. Only written cancellations are accepted. Please note: an unpaid invoice is not considered as a cancellation.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event will not be accepted.

How do I upgrade my virtual ticket to a physical one?
Contact us and we will process your upgrade and send you an invoice for the price difference.

VAT
The VAT added to each order works in compliance with the laws of the country in which the event takes place. All Live Stream Tickets are invoiced by Communication Pro Oy in accordance with the EU VAT regulation for digital services. The standard VAT rate in Finland is 24 %. For Finnish customers established in Finland, 24% VAT is included in the invoice with no exemptions.
For customers outside the EU and for VAT registered organizations from another EU country: no VAT is invoiced. Please note that we require a valid VAT number to issue the invoice with 0% VAT reverse charge.
For EU-based consumers or companies without a valid VAT number, invoices are issued with the purchaser’s home country VAT.

Is catering included?
Yes. The physical ticket includes lunch, coffee breaks, light snacks, and other non-alcoholic beverages.
